Reconveyance Tracking

Our Reconveyance Tracking Service is designed to insure the timely and proper release of every Deed of Trust / Trust Indenture paid through closing by First American.

Once the payoff is made, the encumbrance is tracked for 90 days to determine if it has been properly released. If no reconveyance is recorded within 90 days, First American will start the process of a release procedure, as set forth by the appropriate state statute.

This service is your guarantee that any Deed of Trust / Trust Indenture paid by First American will be released in the public record and your title cleared properly.
