First American Title Holding Company consists of two wholly owned subsidiaries known as First American Title Company, Inc. and First American Title Company of Montana, Inc.. Both offer a wide variety of title insurance and associated closing and escrow services to protect real property buyers and lenders from problems that might affect real estate title ownership. First American Title Company, Inc. operates 16 main offices which serve 23 counties in Idaho and one county in Washington. First American Title Company of Montana, Inc. operates 15 main offices serving 18 counties in Montana. In addition, both subsidiaries operate numerous branch offices for our customer’s convenience.

In addition, First American Title Holding Company operates First American Specialty Services which provides additional real estate related services consisting of §1031 exchange accommodation (Exchange Services, Inc., Montana Exchange Services and Big Sky Exchange), non-judicial foreclosure services, centralized reconveyance services, reconveyance tracking services, and long-term escrow services.
